Job Description

Phnom Penh Commercial Bank (PPCB) is a licensed Bank operating in Cambodia since 2008 and offers a full range of retail and commercial banking products and services. Now we are looking for high quality motivated candidates to fill in the different positions in our bank for more branches expansion with the details as follows:

  • Human Resource Officer
Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • Preparing staff payroll, Tax Declaration and Monthly National Social Security Fund;
  • Prepare NBC Report and other report as for requirement;
  • Job Announcement, Recruiting, arranging, interviewing & selection;
  • Prepare New employees, probation, Job offer/ Employment contract;
  • Prepare Employees Labor Books;
  • Delivering, training, including inductions new staff and check list;
  • Developing implementing policies on issues such as equal opportunities, bank policy , disciplinary procedures;
  • Interpreting and advising bank’s policy, procedure and manner guidebook;
  • Issue an Employee certification & recommendation, mission and other business letters;
  • Annual Salary Adjustment and promotion;
  • Prepare employees Insurance, annual health check up;
  • Checking flight tickets, accommodation, per diem with Admin. Department;
  • Work closely with related departments;
  • Control staff attendance, sick leave, annual leave, public holiday;
  • Prepare compensate annual leave for staff;
  • Prepare Exit interview and Check list;
  • Prepare staff user account form to IT Department;
  • Update staff turnover & Organization Chart;
  • Maintain employees documents & filling;
  • Maintain and update Human Resource Management System;
  • Perform other tasks assigned by manager;
Job Requirements
  • Degree in Finance and Banking or equivalent professional qualifications;
  • At least 2 years working experience in human resource or related department;
  • Creative, dynamic, flexible, self-direct and self-motivated team player;
  • Excellent communication & Interpersonal Skills;
  • Willing to work under pressure;
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese or Korean;
  • Good Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Power point)
